Integrated 3D Platform for Stem Cell Maintenance, Expansion, and Differentiation

PepGel™ PGmatrix™ Stem-X platform delivers a complete solution for stem cell culture, with specialized applicability to hiPSC maintenance, expansion, and differentiation [1,2]. The PGmatrix™ Stem-X platform provides optimized protocols for generating a wide range of somatic cells and organoid models, such as  cerebral, cardiac, and hepatic organoids.

Physiologically Relevant 3D Microenvironment

PGmatrix Stem-X recreates natural 3D niche microenvironments that enable the maintenance, proliferation, and differentiation of multiple stem cell types:
