The PepGel hiPSC-qualified PGmatrix (PGmatrix-hiPSC) product is a powerful tool for in vitro 3D human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) cultures with excellent 10-20 fold proliferation depending on cell types and culture durations at a cell viability of >90%. PGmatrix-hiPSC produces physiological spheroids (3D colonies) or hiPSCs or similar cell types such as PSCs and ESCs with superior pluripotent biomarkers and high potential differentiation capability. PGmatrix-hiPSC kit consists of a vial of the PGmatrix-hiPSC patented peptide nanofiber solution, a vial of the PGworks trigger solution, and a vial of PGgrow-hiPSC (PGgrow). The PGmatrix-hiPSC nanofibrils are formulated into a basic or a customer desired cell culture medium in neutral pH. A 3D microenvironment can be formed accordingly for hiPSC spheroid growth. With PGmatrix-hiPSC, cells no longer suffer acidic or chilled conditions.
